I've heard that except when Butterfly was first born we haven't had food stamps so no experience there. WIC on the other hand... if you know when to ask for them during the year they'll give you a set of Farmers Market Coupons. I was also told that some point next year the juice is going to go down or away and they'll be giving fruit and vegetable coupons instead.
